<div><p>Blitzed is a fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook building a creator-led brand and a strong, loyal community. Our community lives on<strong>Telegram, Discord, and X</strong>, and we want it to feel fast, fun, and premium—while staying safe, compliant, and spam‑free.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>We're hiring a Community Manager to own day‑to‑day community operations across<strong>Telegram, Discord, and X</strong>. You'll drive engagement, build culture, run events, support campaigns, and keep the community healthy. You'll be the voice of Blitzed and the bridge between users and the internal team.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><h3>Community Growth&Engagement</h3><ul><li>Run daily community engagement across Telegram and Discord (and support growth on X).</li><li>Create and execute weekly content/event plans: prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, leaderboards.</li><li>Build community culture: tone of voice, memes, rituals, community "moments," and retention loops.</li><li>Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates; create programs that reward loyalty and contribution.</li></ul><h3>Moderation&Safety</h3><ul><li>Maintain a clean environment: remove spam/scams, enforce rules, manage bans/mutes/warnings.</li><li>Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response (raids, phishing attempts, impersonators).</li><li>Recruit, train, and manage volunteer mods (where applicable) with clear shifts and SOPs.</li></ul><h3>Comms&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Post and coordinate announcements: product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and updates.</li><li>Liaise with Support, Risk, and Payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and elevate serious cases.</li><li>Collect structured feedback from users and report it back to Product and Growth (bugs, feature requests, friction points).</li></ul><h3>X (Twitter) Support</h3><ul><li>Support the brand presence on X: community replies, quote tweets, engagement, trend participation, and campaign coordination.</li><li>Spot trending topics/memes and recommend angles that fit Blitzed's voice.</li></ul><h3>Community Ops&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure.</li><li>Track and report community KPIs: active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, support deflection.</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like (First 60‑90 Days)</h3><ul><li>Telegram and Discord feel alive daily with consistent engagement and clear structure.</li><li>Mods/SOPs in place; spam/scam incidents reduced with fast response.</li><li>Weekly events cadence running smoothly (AMAs, tournaments, giveaways, quests).</li><li>Clear community reporting and feedback loop into product and marketing.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2+ years experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord (crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar).</li><li>Strong written communication and the ability to match brand tone across platforms.</li><li>Comfortable moderating high‑traffic chats and handling conflict calmly.</li><li>Organised and reliable: can run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans.</li><li>Familiarity with bots, roles, and community tooling (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Collab.Land, etc.).</li><li>Experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming.</li><li>Experience working with KOLs/influencers and coordinating community‑driven campaigns.</li><li>Basic analytics skills (dashboards, KPI reporting, sentiment tracking).</li><li>Event/community growth experience (quests, referral programs, tournaments).</li></ul><h3>KPIs You’ll Own</h3><ul><li>Daily active community members (Telegram and Discord).</li><li>Engagement rate (messages per active user, participation in events).</li><li>Community growth (new members, retention).</li><li>Sentiment and issue resolution speed.</li><li>Spam/scam reduction and response time.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary + performance bonus</li><li>Fast‑paced team and high ownership</li><li>Remote‑friendly environment</li><li>Room to grow into Community Lead / Head of Community</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
