Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)Excellent salary packagewith benefitsSingle Status.Accommodation provided bythe company.Transportation provided bythe company.Round trip ticket on eachrotation (Economy class).The OperationManager’s mission is to ensure a smooth transition from the EPC commissioningphase to the client’s commercial production phase. This involves takingresponsibility once facilities reach the Ready to Start-Up stage, overseeingprogressive transfer of care and custody from contractor to client, andfacilitating plant operation handover after successful performance testingand provisional acceptance. The role supports knowledge transfer andoperational readiness so the client can run the plant independently withincommercial targets.Duties and responsibilitiesEnsure asmooth handover between Commissioning Team and Operation Team by meansof stabilization and consolidation of systems/ equipment/ unitscommissioned by the Commissioning Team.Ensureand concur with Commissioning Manager, the fulfillment of Contractorcontractual obligations up to hand over to Client.Facilitatethe takeover by Client Operation and Maintenance Team of projectfacilities involving Operation and Maintenance Client personnel in theproject completion activities up to hand over including Vendor’s and Licensors’activities at site until the required self-assurance is achieved by Clientpersonnel.SwitchingProject activities focus from objectives (Mechanical Completion, Readyfor Commissioning, Ready For Start Up, Performance Testing, ProvisionalAcceptance) to manufacturing objectives as set forth in the Client Productionand Operating Budgets.KeyPerformance Indicators (On Stream Factors, Utilization Factors andCapacity Utilization Factors) and Benchmarking will be the parameters toassess operating performance in order to improve Plant OperationReliability and Plant Availability.Complywith Client requirements of achieving commercial production targetswhile safeguarding Contractors rights.Superviseand monitor plant performance by comparing actual achievements with plannedachievements.Definethe daily activities and develop the day by day planning following the prioritiesindicated by the commissioning manager.Assignthe tasks to the supervisors/assistants.Ensure thatoperation activities in field are carried out according to statedprocedures and agreed schedule.Interfacewith maintenance team and direct the maintenance jobs according to theproduction priorities.Ensurethat operation activities in field are carried out according to qualitystandards and safety procedures, including adherence to work permitrequirements.Can beauthorized person designated by the site manager to receive or issue aPermit To Work according to the project Permit To Work Procedure.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsUniversitydegree or diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.ExperienceSignificantexperience in the industrial construction of large or xl gas plants.Covered asimilar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.A minimumof 18 years of relevant experience.Experienceworking on the Contractor side.Skills and AbilitiesExcellentcommunications and interpersonal skillsAttention todetail, management skills.Team-orientedskills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timelyperformance and problem resolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
