Commissioning Manager - Telecom

We are looking for a Commissioning Manager - Telecom for one of our clients with the following details:Start Date: ASAPService Location: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaService Status: ResidentEstimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)ActivitiesThe service provider will have to supervise EPCC Contractors construction activities, in order that the field activities are completed (AOC reached) as per the Project schedule.Experience in Telecom and SecurityGood knowledge of erection work execution.Advanced relevant construction work experience, preferable in Middle East Oil & Gas industry.Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.Interpersonal skills: ability to work with others in collaborative manner.Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and ability to manage changing priorities.Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organizations.Knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor, and analytical mind.Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.).MissionsThe service holder will ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in his Package are prepared and executed according to OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS© Mobi web in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the planned schedule. This role involves close coordination with the EPCC package commissioning manager.Manage and expedite the review and approval process of the EPCC contractor commissioning plans and procedures.Report the project pre-commissioning and commissioning progress.Manage and coordinate the package commissioning supervision.Support the coordination of commissioning interface points.Oversee the reviews and approval of the commissioning dossiers.Ensure smooth coordination with the Manufacturing organizationThe main challenge is to ensure that the Project Commissioning is done according to COMPANY specifications and that OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS© are consistently implemented across different site activities with various interfacing between packages.
