This group have delivered over 250 Projects worth $200 Million +.OverviewTraditional Main Contractor - 6 day working week$300 Million Industrial & Petro Chem Project based 2 Hrs drive from Abu DhabiLooking for the right person to start before the 1st of May 2026 LATESTThe RoleBased on site 6 days a week (NO REMOTE Working on offer)Oversee contract management, variations, claims, and do your best to avoid disputes but prepared if needed.Lead and manage commercial activitiesProvide commercial leadership and mentorship to staffMonitor project financial performance, forecasts, and cost controlsAble to present monthly figures to the SLTExperience Required (Client's wishes)Clearly led a $200 Million Project as No 1Proven experience in a Commercial Management role on site for a Tier 1 Main ContractorWestern Educated - Quantity Surveying - Reputable UniversityMust be able to present to clients and hold the room when called uponStrong financial and commercial acumen.
