Job DescriptionTo lead and manage all commercial, contractual, and estimation activities for water infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate cost planning, contract compliance, and efficient delivery of projects in line with company objectives.1. Estimation and TenderingLead preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for water infrastructure projects (pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, networks).Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and commercial opportunities.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical compliance.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs and maximize value.2. Quantity Surveying and Cost ControlOversee quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and project budgeting.Monitor project cost performance to ensure alignment with approved budgets.Evaluate variations, claims, and contract changes, ensuring proper documentation.Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts.3. Contract and Commercial ManagementAdminister contracts in accordance with FIDIC and company policies.Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Mitigate commercial and contractual risks through proactive management.Support dispute resolution and claims management as required.4. Leadership and CoordinationLead and mentor the QS and Estimation teams within the division.Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure commercial alignment and effective cost reporting.Prepare regular commercial reports and updates for senior management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
