Their projects span urban developments, public/private parks, highways and large-scale infrastructure works. As they continue to grow they are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team.Role Overview:As the Commercial Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of our projects. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, manage risk and support project delivery through effective contract administration and negotiation.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including subcontracts, supplier agreements and client contracts.Provide strategic advice on contract risks and opportunities.Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution processes.Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost control measures.Liaise with legal advisors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.Ensure compliance with UAE laws and industry regulations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management within the infrastructure or landscaping sectors.Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.Familiarity with UAE construction laws and regulatory frameworks.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on landmark projects across the UAE.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Career development and training opportunities.Thank you to all those who apply.
