The ideal candidate demonstrates academic excellence, strong research engagement, and a commitment to high-quality teaching within an AACSB-accredited business college.Faculty may be assigned courses in the following specializations:Organizational CreativityLeadershipStrategic ManagementQualifications & EducationPh.D. in Strategic Management and Leadership from:A university in the United States, orAn internationally recognized university accredited by a U.S. accreditation bodyA minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the relevant fieldMinimum 3 Scopus-indexed publications within the last five (5) yearsPreferred: Academic background or teaching experience in an AACSB-accredited institutionRequired ExperienceMinimum 2 years of teaching or professional experience in an internationally accredited universityDemonstrated teaching excellence at the undergraduate and/or graduate levelRequired: Higher education teaching experience in a U.S.-accredited university environmentSkills, Knowledge & CompetenciesExperience in curriculum development and program reviewActive research agenda and scholarly contributionsProficiency in integrating digital and web-based technologies into teachingStrong presentation, instructional, and communication skillsCommitment to academic service, student development, and continuous professional growthStrong command of English (Arabic required only for courses taught in Arabic)Key Responsibilities1.
