Cluster Graphic Designer

<div><p>We are seeking a talented and innovative Cluster Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our creative department you will be responsible for developing high-quality brand-aligned visual assets across multiple properties within our organization.</p><ul><li>Create compelling visual content for print, digital and social media platforms that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce a wide range of materials including promotional items, operational materials and guest experience assets</li><li>Manage and organize creative projects ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained</li><li>Maintain and improve cluster-wide image and media libraries including photography, video and digital assets</li><li>Support regional events, campaigns and on-property creative initiatives</li><li>Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all cluster properties</li><li>Assist in the creation of email campaigns, web banners and other digital marketing materials</li><li>Conduct quality checks on all materials and maintain a reference archive</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies</li><li>Participate in client familiarization trips, events and activations as needed</li><li>Apply cost-effective solutions while maintaining luxury brand quality</li></ul><br/><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in creating print, digital and social media materials preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods sector</li><li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/Dreamweaver and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Strong photography and videography skills</li><li>Excellent project management and organizational abilities</li><li>In-depth understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines</li><li>A creative and innovative approach to design challenges</li><li>Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards</li><li>Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work</li></ul><br/><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>Yes</p><br/><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full-time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
