Job Description
<div><p>As the Cluster Director of Sales - Leisure you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Serving as the primary point of contact for all existing and potential guests for both Dukes The Palm Dubai and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.</li><li>Negotiating and confirming all events within the guidelines of the Hotels Sales Strategy ensuring optimal revenue generation and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Identifying and capitalising on up‑selling opportunities to maximise revenue through catering and group bookings.</li><li>Providing efficient and effective service to handle customer enquiries within predefined parameters to close sales successfully.</li><li>Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to attract leisure travellers and groups to both properties.</li><li>Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns for leisure packages and seasonal offers.</li><li>Analysing market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the leisure segment.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with key travel partners, tour operators and online travel agencies.</li><li>Coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of leisure guest experiences and events.</li><li>Conducting regular property tours and site inspections for potential clients and travel industry partners.</li><li>Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts and budgets to senior management.</li><li>Mentoring and developing the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.</li><li>Representing both properties at industry trade shows, networking events and leisure travel exhibitions.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures and brand standards in sales activities.</li><li>Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and staying updated on industry best practices.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any related field.</li><li>At least 5 years experience in hotel sales.</li><li>Strong sales and analytical knowledge.</li><li>Experience in luxury hotel brands with strong leisure sector.</li><li>Proficient in English and Thai (Bilingual) and computer literate.</li><li>Ability to influence and persuade with excellent negotiation skills.</li></ul><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>Yes</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full-time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
