The organization is seeking a Cloud Architect to lead the design and enablement of modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience across the business.ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical lead for modern workplace architecture, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and long‑term strategic objectives.Collaborate with global platform and engineering teams to design, adapt, and deploy collaboration and productivity services in line with governance and operational needs.Define and assure solution designs covering identity, collaboration, security, device management, and service integration.Partner with delivery and service management teams to ensure service design, documentation, and transition activities are completed to support smooth operational rollout.Contribute to change enablement by supporting the development of training materials, user guidance, and adoption collateral.Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, managing risks, dependencies, and technical decisions across hybrid and cloud environments.Qualifications and SkillsDeep understanding of modern workplace architecture, including identity, collaboration, endpoint management, and security capabilities.Solid knowledge of core cloud platform services related to identity, networking, monitoring, and hybrid integration.Experience working within regulated or security‑controlled environments, with awareness of compliance and data protection requirements.Ability to work across global and cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies across different regions and operating models.Strong capability in structured governance processes, design assurance, and architectural decision‑making.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with a consultative, user‑centric approach.Halian GroupWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
