Closing date:Number of positions: 1Recruiter name:Siva Krishna BondaReference number: 63140Workplace Type:MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo manage and monitor Fertility Day Care Centre Operations and enhance the center service levels managing day to day operations and build strong referral base aimed at sustainable business growthKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASTo effectively and efficiently manage the teamTo manage all financial processes and practices within the Clinic to ensure sustainable growth and developmentTo implement and monitor business development initiativesTo ensure regulatory and legal complianceTo optimise the patient experienceTo ensure efficient and effective operational management of clinic services and functionsTo manage doctor engagement and relationships to support retention collaboration and high standards of patient careTo build and maintain positive working relationships with doctors to ensure collaboration engagement and alignment with clinic objectivesREQUIRED EDUCATIONA Bachelors degree in business or healthcare managementREQUIRED EXPERIENCEAt least 2-3 years experience in a supervisory/junior management role in a healthcare environmentPrevious healthcare management experience in revenue cycle management patient administration and customer service is desiredPrevious experience in managing / working in a IVF Centre will be desirableREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEAccounting and financial management principlesClient service and related management principlesComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applicationsQuality management and governance standards and best practiceUAE healthcare industryUAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirementsVerbal and written communication skills in EnglishAll applicants will be considered with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
