OverviewHeadquartered in Oslo, Norway, and with offices across the globe, Rystad Energy is an independent energy research and business intelligence company providing data, tools, analytics, and consultancy services to clients exposed to the energy industry worldwide. Rystad Energy serves clients in Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services, and Renewables, along with Investors, Investment Banks and Governments. The EMEA Commercial team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Dubai office as a Client Success Manager (CSM). The CSM is responsible for fostering lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to subscribers, collaborating with Account Managers on a portfolio of customers to ensure relationships grow in alignment with business strategy and goals. The ideal candidate has proven experience in customer success, account management and/or business analysis within the Energy sector, and possesses strong commercial acumen, client needs translation, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.You will work directly with users and key stakeholders to build product adoption, uncover needs for new services, and maintain relationships across the organization. You will develop and execute product-driven and segment-focused client retention and growth strategies, helping clients realize the full value of Rystad Energy’s databases and analytics to achieve their business outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, market research and training specialists to drive engagement and expansion within your client remit.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong client advocates and become a trusted advisor to our clients.Direct and impactful engagement with Rystad Energy's largest clients globally.Collaborate with the main account team to drive adoption and upsell/cross-sell of a wide range of solutions.Own and drive on-the-ground client engagement and adoption with Norway-based companies.Jointly define success criteria with clients by understanding their business challenges and goals.Design and execute engagement plans for onboarding, adoption and retention.With account managers, take proactive measures to maximize retention and expansion within existing relationships.Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure client’s technical/analytical needs are resolved in a timely manner.Develop an understanding of Rystad Energy products and services and identify areas for improvement to increase market share and penetration.Provide client feedback to internal teams, including Product Managers and Solution teams.Participate in industry and networking events to grow the Rystad Energy brand.Maintain and leverage all client data and interaction records in the CRM system.Contribute to the wider vision and strategy of the Client Success team.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.5 years of experience in relevant Energy sectors: project engineering, business development, market analysis, strategy, among others.Proven experience with market intelligence and database products is an advantage.Strong client relationship skills and ability to enable long-term client success.Knowledge of Energy supply/demand concepts is a key strength.Experience with CRM platforms and Power BI is an advantage.Strong collaboration and teamwork across functions and regions; ability to work independently and be self-driven.Excellent written and verbal communication; strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).Willingness to travel as needed with good time management.Fluent in English and Arabic; Russian language skills would be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
