Whether it is for portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, or on-demand insight into operating metrics of a specific asset, this team is at the forefront of the FinTech space.Responsibilities & ImpactThe Client Engagement Team is responsible for proactively fostering meaningful relationships with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging the company's products, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive maximum value from the services provided. This team acts as the primary point of contact for non-commercial relationship management with clients.Owning highly strategic client relationships across the Private Markets business while driving adoption and retention.Lead internal product roadmap feedback discussions based on client feedback and industry trends.Drive the usage of new product features and initiatives to clients in efforts to expand product usage.Providing transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and opportunities.Collaborating with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.7+ years experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles.Private Markets and Fintech industry knowledge is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple senior level client relationships at one time.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Pendo is a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.About S&P Global Market IntelligenceAt S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global we understand the importance of accurate, deep and insightful information.
