You'll introduce companies to our platform and earn a percentage of every role they post that gets filled by our global recruiter community.</p><p>This is a<b>commission-only position</b>offering<b>up to 25% revenue share</b>, full flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.</p><h3>Contract Term</h3><p>This position is offered on an initial 6-month agreement , with the option to renew based on performance and client acquisition activity.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>You will identify, approach, and onboard new employers into the RecXchange ecosystem.
