Client Accounting Supervisor ( Arabic Speaker/ KSA Market experience)

Our client, a leading firm in the tax and accounting industry, is looking for a Client Accounting Supervisor (Arabic Speaker with KSA market experience) to oversee client accounts, ensure compliance with financial standards, and lead a team in providing exceptional accounting services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily accounting operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.Monitor accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and general ledger maintenance.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for assigned clients.Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.Mentor and support junior accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback.Prepare reports and financial analysis to support client decision-making.Maintain strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for accounting queries.Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is a plus).Experience of both KSA and local MarketsCurrent Client facing experience managing a high volume of accountsProven progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and local compliance requirements.Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar is an advantage).Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
