The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryAl Marwan Group is seeking a Civil Supervisor – Fit-Out to lead and supervise daily civil and interior fit‑out operations on residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on experience in civil and fit‑out works, and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Civil & Fit‑Out teams including foremen, masons, carpenters, painters, and laborers.Supervise subcontractors and suppliers for site operations.Review and comment on drawings during fit‑out execution.Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.Monitor material usage, manpower, and equipment allocation.Create work schedules, track progress, and report to Line Manager.Address on‑site issues, resolve conflicts, and communicate with engineers.Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Diploma.3–5 years of civil & fit‑out experience in the UAE.Valid UAE driving license preferred.Strong communication skills.Knowledge of MS Office, CAFM system, AutoCAD, or related software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
