Job Description: Civil Project ManagerLocation: DubaiSalary: ₹1,40,000 per monthJob SummaryThe Civil Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee end-to-end civil construction projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure worksDevelop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategiesCoordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth executionMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, cost controls, and quality benchmarksReview drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications for complianceEnsure strict adherence to safety regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standardsConduct site inspections, progress meetings, and coordination meetings with stakeholdersManage variations, claims, and change orders effectivelyPrepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation to managementResolve technical, contractual, and operational issues to minimize project delaysEssential QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantageMinimum 7–10 years of experience in civil construction projectsPrior GCC/UAE project experience is strongly preferredSkills RequiredStrong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and project executionProficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS ProjectWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and basic understanding of BIM coordinationExcellent leadership, team management, and coordination skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesSound understanding of contract management, cost control, and risk mitigationAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple project priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
