This role involves monitoring and inspecting construction activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in site inspection, quality control, and contractor coordination, particularly within the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site inspections to ensure work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Monitor contractor activities, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.Perform quality control checks on materials, workmanship, and construction methods.Review and assess Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, inspection reports, and non-conformance issues.Identify deficiencies, generate reports, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve site-related issues.Conduct site visits to verify excavation, bedding, pipe installation, compaction, and backfilling for sewerage infrastructure projects.Assist in reviewing contractor submittals, method statements, and risk assessments.Attend progress meetings and provide updates on construction status, risks, and quality concerns.Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and sewerage projects.Strong understanding of civil construction practices, material testing, and quality control.Familiarity with UAE construction codes, standards, and project regulations.Experience with inspection and documentation procedures for infrastructure projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Why Join Us?At KN International, we are committed to delivering excellence in infrastructure solutions.
