Civil Engineer (G+12)

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning and execution of various construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. This position requires comprehensive expertise in structural design and project management to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the design and implementation of G+12 construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specificationsConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and building standardsCoordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project efficiency and resolve design or construction issuesPrepare detailed engineering reports, progress updates, and documentation for submittal to relevant authoritiesOptimize engineering processes to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standardsMentor junior engineers and provide technical support to project teams as neededRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institutionValid G+12 classification provided by Dubai Municipality and UAE Society cardMinimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings in the UAEStrong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulationsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsFamiliarity with engineering software, such as AutoCAD and RevitBenefitsVisa providedHealth Insurance providedCompetitive salary#J-18808-Ljbffr
