About the Role We’re hiring a hands-on CTO for a high-growth fintech disrupting the UAE’s auto-finance sector.This role is mission-critical—leading all technical efforts from platform development to banking integrations across ADCB, Emirates NBD, and DIB.Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and development of a compliant, scalable financial platform Own real-time transaction engine and API integrations with banks Guide the dev team with clarity through sprints, compliance demands, and go-lives Balance security, speed, and stability in a regulated environment Requirements 12+ years in tech/product/software engineering (preferably fintech) Proven banking integration experience (APIs, real-time systems) Background in consumer lending, payments, or transaction-based products Leadership in regulated ecosystems (banking/fintech startups) Bachelors in Computer Science (Masters preferred) Bonus Points Automotive lending or embedded credit platform experience Knowledge of UAE banking regulatory tech requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
