As the COO, you will play a key role in overseeing the operational functions of the company, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficient execution of our business strategies. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and operational best practices.Role Summary:The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing daily business operations, guaranteeing the smooth implementation of our strategic vision. You will oversee essential departments, enhance internal processes, and elevate performance across our projects, teams, and partnerships.ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end operations with a focus on scalability, quality, and efficiency.Collaborate with the executive team to align company operations with long-term strategic goals.Lead and manage the daily operations of AHS Properties, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectivesDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute business strategies and plans for growthMonitor performance metrics and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsOversee project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetManage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendorsEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standardsDrive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functionsRepresent AHS Properties in key business meetings and negotiationsProven experience (10+ years) as a COO, General Manager, or in a similar executive role in the luxury real estate sectorStrong understanding of real estate operations, project management, and business developmentStrong business acumen with a deep understanding of real estate market trends in the UAEExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsTrack record of driving operational improvements and achieving business goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions in DubaiBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is preferredA commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
