AI-Led Transformation (Core Focus)Lead the identification and implementation of AI use cases across:Partner with Product, Data and Tech teams to scale AI/ML initiativesDrive adoption of GenAI tools across functions to improve productivityTrack ROI and business impact of AI deployments3. Cross-Functional LeadershipDrive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Business teamsLead high-priority, ambiguous and cross-cutting projectsIdentify and unblock execution bottlenecks4. Business Insights & Decision SupportBuild executive dashboards and insights for decision-makingConduct deep dives on growth, margins, and customer metricsSupport strategic initiatives including new business launches5.
