<div><p>Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 03/29/2026</p><p>Connectalents, the leading recruitment&HRO company in MENA is currently hiring Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.</p><p>Our client is a well-established retail and distribution company specializing in stationery products, school supplies, office tools, printers, inks, and related wholesale and retail products.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Define and lead the overall commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plans</li><li>Drive sustainable revenue growth across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels</li><li>Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams</li><li>Own and manage the full commercial P&L</li></ul><h3>Retail Operations</h3><ul><li>Oversee all retail store operations, ensuring consistent performance and customer experience</li><li>Drive store productivity, sales optimization, and operational efficiency</li><li>Lead expansion plans including new store openings and performance turnaround initiatives</li></ul><h3>E-Commerce</h3><ul><li>Lead digital commerce strategy including platform optimization, customer journey, and online sales growth</li><li>Ensure integration between online and offline channels (Omnichannel strategy)</li><li>Monitor digital KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, and customer acquisition</li><li>Develop and scale B2B sales channels and distribution networks</li><li>Strengthen key accounts and strategic partnerships</li><li>Optimize sales structure, targets, and performance tracking</li><li>Define product mix, assortment planning, and pricing strategies</li><li>Ensure alignment with market trends and customer demand</li><li>Optimize margins while maintaining competitiveness</li></ul><h3>Performance Management</h3><ul><li>Monitor and analyze KPIs including revenue, margins, stock turnover, and sell-through</li><li>Implement data-driven decision-making across all commercial functions</li></ul><h3>Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop senior leadership across Retail, E-Commerce, and B2B</li><li>Build a high-performance, results-driven commercial organization</li><li>Ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across all teams</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns, branding, and customer acquisition strategies</li><li>Align with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and stock optimization</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>15-20 years of experience in Retail / Distribution</li><li>Strong background in multi-channel (Retail&E-commerce platforms&B2B)</li><li>Experience in Retail sector is a must.</li><li>Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving revenue growth</li><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Previous KSA market exposure is an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
