This position offers a salary of 1600 per month with the potential for growth in the future.Job DescriptionThe Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food items are cooked to perfection. The Chef will be expected to create innovative dishes that adhere to established recipes and cooking techniques while always creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new menu items that adhere to established recipes and cooking techniquesEnsure all food items are cooked to perfectionManage kitchen staff including hiring, training and schedulingOversee food preparation processes including ordering ingredients, monitoring storage areas, as well as maintaining a clean work environmentMonitor food safety standards at all times according to local health regulationsMaintain accurate records of inventory and salesEnsure compliance with all health regulations regarding sanitation, hygiene, and safety standardsQualificationsDegree or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferredPrevious experience as a Chef in a similar role requiredKnowledgeable about local health regulations regarding food safety and sanitation standardsSkillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being detail orientedExceptional customer service skillsStrong organizational skillsCreative problem solving abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
