As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.Oversee daily operations of your designated kitchen section, maintaining efficiency and organizationPrepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and company standardsEnsure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes from your sectionCollaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe developmentSupervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and supportMaintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsManage food costs, minimize waste, and control stock levels within your sectionCoordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operationsParticipate in regular kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvementAdapt to changing needs and assist in other kitchen areas as requiredQualificationsMust be a Saudi NationalCulinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen settingProven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food trendsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsProficiency in English with excellent communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and presentationFamiliarity with inventory management and cost controlUp-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standardsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPassion for culinary arts and commitment to continuous learningAdditional InformationCompetitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth within a reputed international brand#J-18808-Ljbffr
