OverviewOur client, a leading F&B company in Jeddah, KSA, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their prominent Food & Beverage company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the F&B industry, with a proven track record of driving growth, managing P&L responsibilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Develop and implement the companys vision, mission, and overall strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.P&L Management : Oversee all aspects of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accountability for P&L responsibilities to maximize profitability.Operational Excellence : Drive operational efficiencies across all departments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives for expansion, including product development, marketing, and distribution strategies.Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
