OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Supervisor to oversee the sales marketing and operations of our education center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching a new center and managing daily operations ensuring highquality educational delivery leading a team of teachers driving student enrollment and maintaining smooth coordination with HR and management.Sales & MarketingDevelop and execute strategies to attract and retain students.Manage marketing campaigns and partnerships to enhance the center s visibility.Drive student enrollments through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.Operations ManagementOversee the daily functioning of the center ensuring smooth class scheduling and resource allocation.Implement policies and procedures to optimize center efficiency.Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for students and staff.Teacher & Staff ManagementRecruit train and supervise teachers to ensure quality instruction.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.Facilitate regular staff meetings to align on goals and operational needs.HR & AdministrationLiaise with HR on hiring onboarding and staffrelated matters.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and educational regulations.Handle administrative duties including budgeting procurement and reporting.Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular performance reports to senior management.Track key metrics such as student attendance class performance and revenue growth.Address and resolve student/parent concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.RequirementsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Education Management or a related field.Minimum of 35 years of experience in a managerial role within the education sector or a similar industry.Strong sales and marketing background with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask problemsolve and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Must reside in Al Ain#J-18808-Ljbffr
