• Collecting & updating payment into file and into computer system.• Maintain daily collection report.• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.• Ledger reconciliation with EJADAH Finance for Receivable & Payable account.• Customer account reconciliation.• Prepare Monthly collection report and send it to Finance Head office.• Updating Customer Database.• Confirm Issuance Clearance of Certificate for selling the apartment.• Issuing Service Charge statement account to the walk-in customers and via email.• Assist to the client (Walk-in & Email) regards to service charge queries.• Depositing collection into bank through driver.Minimum Requirements:Graduate of Commerce and Accountancy2-4 years experience as a cashierKnowledge of: MS Office, Accounting, MIS ReportAbility to: Work under pressure, Analytical approach, Effective Communications, Strong Report Writing, Autonomous/ Self StarterAbout The Company:Ejadah is driven by the commitment to deliver Total Community Solutions including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
