OverviewPosition: Carpenter. Location: El-Fujairah, UAE. Salary: 1600 AED. We are currently looking for a Carpenter to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in carpentry and excellent attention to detail. We are willing to consider a foreigner for the position.ResponsibilitiesMeasure materials, cut pieces, and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.Assemble cut and shaped materials and fasten them together with nails, screws, staples or adhesives.Construct frames using hand tools such as saws and drills as well as power tools such as sanders or routers when needed.Put up drywall partitions.Install windows, doors trimming, cabinets etc., using hand tools or power tools when needed.Finish carpentry jobs by applying veneer sheets or other finishes such as paints or stains on the surface of the wood pieces.Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets standards of quality and accuracy.RequirementsProven experience in carpentry workAbility to read blueprints/instructions and use knowledge of angles for cutting pieces accuratelyHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision#J-18808-Ljbffr
