Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Supervisor with hands-on barista skills to oversee daily cafe operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to manage staff schedules, maintain quality standards, and step in to prepare beverages and assist the team during peak hours.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow.Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest quality standards.Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and workstations.Assist in creating promotional ideas to increase sales and customer engagement.Oversee cash handling and daily sales reporting.Requirements:Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Barista.Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machine operation.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.Basic knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Barista certification or coffee training.Experience in staff training and mentoring.Additional InformationThe work location isYas Island, Abu Dhabi.Please ensure you are willing and able to work within the Abu Dhabi area before applying.#J-18808-Ljbffr
