OverviewAs our Business Analyst TR MENA you are responsible for data reporting business planning and financial control.You will be the central business partner supporting the MENA Travel Retail business by developing and maintaining key reporting tools driving the S&OP process and ensuring robust control over Gross to Net. Your insights will empower the team to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced and complex regional environment.ResponsibilitiesYour main focus:Build and manage reporting systemsDevelop and maintain dashboards for sell-out performance and TPR analysisProvide daily and monthly business updates vs targetsSupport automation of reporting processes through SAP/BICreate and adapt reports to meet evolving business needsDrive the S&OP processConsolidate customer outlooks for Prestige and Mass FragrancesChallenge and validate forecasts in collaboration with the demand planning teamBuild monthly MBU decks for S&OP reviewEnsure sales planning aligns with demand forecastsSupport sales performance and planningFollow up on sell-in targets daily and monthlyTrack order fill rates and highlight gaps per customerLead innovation launch forecasts with sales and trade inputsCreate and manage new customer setups in Coty systemsControl Gross to Net and financial accuracyMonitor forecasted vs actual Gross Sales and TS accrualsIdentify GtN and C1 optimization opportunities at customer and brand levelEnsure monthly GtN compliance and provide variance analysesCollaborate with Finance for forecast accuracy and risk managementCollaborate and communicate cross-functionallyConduct monthly performance reviews with Trade MarketingCirculate insights and action plans across relevant teamsActively participate in cross-department projects and initiativesBring continuous improvements and challenge the status quoWorking for Coty meansJoining a dynamic inclusive and performance-driven team where innovation collaboration and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do.
