OverviewWe are seeking experienced Business/Functional Project Managers to lead and deliver banking-related projects within our organization. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in managing business transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and system implementations in the banking sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of business/functional projects within banking.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.Prepare project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and track deliverables.Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.RequirementsProven experience as a Business/Functional Project Manager in the banking sector.Prior experience working with UAE banks is mandatory.Strong understanding of banking operations, systems, and processes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Currently based in the UAE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
