<div><h3>LEAD BI ANALYST – DUBAI BASED – RELOCATION AVAILABLE!!!</h3><p>We are working with one of the largest iGaming platforms in MENA, who are scaling their Data function in Dubai and hiring a<b>Lead BI Analyst</b>to drive product performance, experimentation, and core business insights across their gaming products.</p><p>This role sits at the intersection of<b>Product, Growth, Marketing, and Payments</b>, with direct impact on conversion, retention, and revenue; seeing you report directly into the<b>Head of BI</b>whilst leading and mentoring a team of<b>six BI Analysts</b>.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Own product and business analytics across funnels, activation, retention, and user behaviour.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of six BI Analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs and delivery standards across the BI function.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using SQL, Python, and modern BI tools.</li><li>Partner closely with Product and Growth teams to influence roadmap and optimisation decisions.</li><li>Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.</li><li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve deposit rates and customer LTV.</li><li>Drive consistency in KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and analytical methodologies across the BI team.</li></ul><h3>What they’re looking for</h3><ul><li>Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).</li><li>7+ years of BI / Analytics experience.</li><li>Previous experience<b>leading analytics teams</b>.</li><li>Proven background in product analytics, growth analytics, CRM analytics, or BI within high-volume B2C products.</li><li>Experience with funnel analysis, experimentation, and KPI frameworks.</li><li>Python experience for analysis or modelling is highly preferred.</li><li><b>iGaming or FinTech</b>experience is strongly preferred.</li></ul><h3>What’s on offer</h3><ul><li><b>Salary</b>: 40,000 AED - 45,000 AED per month (tax free) + a<b>10–30% performance related bonus</b>.</li><li><b>Full relocation support</b>for candidates outside the UAE, flights, 1 months hotel, private medical insurance/VISA covered.</li><li><b>Remote-first working model</b>: you can go into their Dubai-based office as many times as you wish though!</li><li>3-stage interview process,<b>urgent hire.</b></li></ul><p>If this sounds like you, please hit that apply button below!</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
