We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Director – Real Estate to build and scale a fully integrated real estate platform - a new venture for a successful business house based in Dubai.This is a high-impact, P&L-driven leadership role with significant upside tied to performance and profit generation.You will lead the creation and growth of multiple real estate verticals, including:Acquisitions & value investingProperty flippingBrokerage operationsProperty ManagementInternational expansionThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment and has strong deal-making instincts.Source off-market, distressed, and value-add opportunitiesBuild a profitable flipping pipelineSet up and scale a brokerage platform (deal flow + revenue engine)Establish a property management business for recurring incomeBuild and lead high-performing teams across verticalsMaximum 15 years experience in the real estate investments / brokerage / development in the UAE (with the limited fixed salary budget, the role will not suit highly experienced professionals)Proven track record of profitable deal executionStrong industry network (brokers, developers, investors, banks)Expertise in investment analysis, negotiation & structuringEntrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilityWe thank all applicants for their interest.
