Job description:We are hiring dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professionals to drive sales of our client's Document Management & Digitization Solutions across corporate markets.This is a B2B sales role focused on corporate software solutions, targeting enterprises and key accounts.The designation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience (Executive / Senior Executive / Manager level).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and approach prospective corporate clientsGenerate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetingsManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureConduct client meetings to understand business and technical requirementsDeliver professional product presentations and demonstrationsPrepare and follow up on proposals and quotationsAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue goalsDevelop and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationshipsUpsell and cross-sell solutions to existing clientsMaintain accurate CRM records and timely reportingRepresent the company at networking events and industry exhibitionsCoordinate with technical and support teams during pre-sales and implementationEnsure smooth client onboarding and assist during installationsStay updated with product developments and new featuresCandidate RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate Software Sales / IT SalesStrong B2B sales and key account management experienceExperience in handling full sales cycle independentlyProven ability to generate new business and close dealsStrong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldIT background is an added advantageStrong networking and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a larger sales teamWell-groomed and professional appearanceValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Own vehicle or willingness to arrange before joiningSalary & BenefitsAED 6,000 - AED 10,000 (Based on assessment & experience), Commission, fuel reimbursementHealth insurance, Annual return ticket allowance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
