Fasanara Digital was established 7 years ago and is the crypto arm of Fasanara Capital, a 14year-old boutique alternative asset manager. Thus, we are building the firm around exceptional talent.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Associate to support the growth of our tokenisation and DeFi distribution efforts. This role will focus on originating and developing partnerships across DeFi, RWA, and digital asset ecosystems, while contributing to market intelligence and pipeline development.The position is intended for candidates based in APAC. We are open to a range of locations including the UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other key hubs in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source new partnership opportunities across DeFi, RWA, tokenisation, and digital asset ecosystemsBuild and maintain a structured, data-driven pipeline of qualified prospectsConduct outreach and coordinate introductory discussions with internal stakeholdersContinuously map the DeFi, RWA, and tokenisation landscape, tracking protocols, allocators, and market developmentsMonitor competitor activity and tokenised yield products to inform positioningSupport partnership materials, commercial proposals, and due diligence processesMaintain CRM systems and structured internal reportingLeverage AI tools to enhance research, ecosystem intelligence, and sourcing efficiencyContribute to improving internal workflows and identifying opportunities to integrate AI into research, outreach, and reportingQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in DeFi, crypto, or digital assets, within business development, partnerships, or research rolesStrong understanding of tokenisation, real-world assets (RWAs), and DeFi lending/credit protocols (e.g. Aave, Morpho, Maple, Centrifuge)Demonstrated ability to source and originate leads or partnership opportunities independentlyFamiliarity with DeFi protocols, governance models, wallets, and on-chain analytics toolsUnderstanding of on-chain yield strategies, stablecoins, and crypto credit marketsAwareness of institutional requirements such as KYC/AML, structuring, and custodyStrong communication skills and a commercial, relationship-driven mindsetHighly proactive, organised, and comfortable managing pipelines and structured dataComfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environmentCrypto-native mindset and active engagement in the ecosystem preferredFamiliarity with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus, with a strong interest in applying them to market research and sourcingBenefitsCompetitive bonus scheme.Private Medical InsuranceRegular team events, legendary summer & Christmas parties, knowledge sharing sessions, and quarterly town halls.Team lunches, dinners, Friday drinks, team sport activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
