ResponsibilitiesSourcing new to business banking current accountsEnsuring the account is funded as per expectations defined in KPIGenerate fee income for the bank includingForeign exchangeTradeBancassuranceDepositsProspect in targeted markets that require meeting standards in phone calls and face‑to‑face visitsPresent and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical, structured and professional mannerAchieve monthly sales targets in the financial yearMaintain and develop relationships with customers to enhance cross‑sell opportunitiesAdhere to Bank's KYC & AML policyEnsure that the KYC guidelines are adhered while onboarding the business banking customersConduct micro marketing activities including participation in various Business Banking events and other direct marketing activitiesHandle objections with a view to increase take‑up ratesRecord all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contactsParticipate in all Team Activities such as morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training, and Lean & rewards celebrations#J-18808-Ljbffr
