We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Turkey.</p><p>This role requires extensive travel across the region for in-person meetings, as well as regular phone and virtual follow-ups with key decision-makers in the energy industry. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-energy team, where top performers are highly rewarded.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop strategic key accounts while securing new business opportunities in Middle East</li><li>Oversee licensing and local entity establishment in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai.</li><li>Conduct client meetings with confidence, presenting EnergyEdge training solutions and preparing tailored sales proposals.</li><li>Identify emerging learning&development trends, leveraging insights to enhance client and team performance.</li><li>Maintain high levels of sales productivity through cold calling, CRM activity tracking, client meetings, and consistent achievement of quarterly sales targets.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Experience in customer support/success, business development, or sales.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong ability to lead in client interactions and business negotiations with confidence.</li><li>Prior exposure in the training and skills development industry will be an added advantage</li><li>Fluent in Arabic&English (written and verbal).</li></ul><h3>Projected Work Schedule:</h3><ul><li>Quarterly business trips (4-5 days per trip) for face-to-face meetings.</li><li>Virtual meetings (2-4 per week) during non-travel periods</li></ul><h3>Tools&Support:</h3><ul><li>Access to Microsoft Teams, Zoom phone and laptop will be provided</li></ul><h3>Ready to Take the Lead?</h3><ul><li>If you are eager to make an impact and drive business success with EnergyEdge, apply today!</li></ul><p>We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
