Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement strategic plans for ICT Department to align with the organizationsgoals and client requirements. Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in service delivery.Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of facility management professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within thedepartment.Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with external clients, understanding their needsand expectations. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address anyconcerns promptly.Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets for facility management projects, ensuring cost-effectivenessand profitability. Monitor expenses and revenue, and implement cost‑saving measures.Operational EfficiencyOversee the day-to-day facility management operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services. Implement best practices to optimize facility performance and energyefficiency.Compliance and SafetyEnsure all facilities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, andenvironmental requirements. Develop and maintain emergency response plans.Vendor ManagementManage relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to meet service level agreements.Business DevelopmentResearch and identify new and existing business opportunities - including new marketsegments, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, tendering or new ways of reachingexisting markets.Reporting and DocumentationPrepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities.RequirementsBachelors degree in Electronics / Engineering or a related field.Minimum 15+ years of Exp in ICT Project & Operations Management.Strong project management skills and certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.Strong understanding of ICT projects, regulations, and industry trends.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Financial acumen and budget management experience.Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.Knowledge of UAE‑specific regulations and market conditions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
