The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients, a deep understanding of FX market dynamics, and a strong network of institutional contacts.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>New Business Development:</strong>Identify and pursue institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.</li><li><strong>Lead Generation:</strong>Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors.</li><li><strong>Client Acquisition:</strong>Close high-value deals with institutional clients, ensuring rapid onboarding and revenue growth.</li><li><strong>Networking&Representation:</strong>Represent B2Prime at industry events, build key relationships with decision-makers, and deliver impactful presentations.</li><li><strong>Introducing Brokers (IBs):</strong>Recruit and manage IB partnerships to enhance market penetration and revenue.</li><li><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong>Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine strategies and product offerings.</li></ul><h3>Experience&Skills Required:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FX, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.</li><li>Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms).</li><li>Experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and building professional networks.</li><li>Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools (SalesForce) and sales analytics.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul><p>Join our team as a<strong>Business Development Manager</strong>to drive growth and make a significant impact in the FX liquidity</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
