With a commitment to adherence to industry standards and regulations, ACQ continues to set the benchmark for quality and significance in project delivery worldwide.Role OverviewThe Business Development Lead role is crucial in driving ACQ's growth and expanding its presence within the Middle East region. This is a high-impact, strategic role requires a profile with a wide network of contacts and industry connections in order to generate immediate returns through executive networking and strategic foresight.Strong research and analytical skills.Wide network of connections and contacts in the Middle East.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.Understanding of business development principles and practices.Familiarity with the Middle East business environment (advantageous).Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in relevant software and online tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development PlanningProduce, execute, and govern a comprehensive Business Development Plan, including the forecasting of annual targets and growth projections.Develop and apply strategies and tactics for accomplishing the Company's mission and achieving the annual targets and growth projections included in the Business Development Plan.New Business Opportunity IdentificationDrive thorough and ongoing research to identify potential new clients, projects, and market segments within the Middle East. Govern the strategic fit with ACQ's service offerings and objectives, including the analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and unmet client needs.Spearhead efforts to identify and collaborate with potential partners for Joint Ventures in order to secure large procurement and commercial services contracts.Business Development NetworkingLeverage an existing, extensive network across the Middle East to generate high-value leads and identify strategic partnerships.Represent ACQ in relevant industry events, conferences, seminars, and networking within the Middle East.Execute high-level networking and direct relationship building for ACQ.Platform RegistrationOversee and govern all aspects of ACQ registration on governmental, public, private, and industry-specific platforms relevant to securing business opportunities in the Middle East.Market Intelligence & ReportingGather, analyse, and synthesise comprehensive market intelligence related to business development opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends in the Middle East. Develop, own, and present strategic recommendations to leadership for decision-making.Relationship Building SupportBuild, own, and maintain positive, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and industry partners in the Middle East, actively converting personal contacts into viable business opportunities. This includes leading key meetings and directing follow-up communication strategies.Proposal & Presentation SupportDevelop, lead, and finalize compelling proposals, presentations, and other business development materials tailored to specific business opportunities. Ensure alignment with client needs and ACQ strategy.Qualifications and experience requiredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Business Development roles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates but other countries in the Middle East would be considered.Language: Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English are required.Apply now and become part of a dynamic team that’s redefining procurement in construction!#J-18808-Ljbffr
