We recognize that our people are our strength, and the diverse talents they bring to our workforce are directly linked to our success.Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships to promote longevity. The role reports to the General Manager and is part of the Business Development function, with a functional reporting line to the COO.Core ResponsibilitiesAttract new clients through innovative approaches and oversee the sales process for the business.Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential clients.Understand client needs and offer quick solutions.Ensure best-in-class customer service through regular interactions and follow-ups.Conduct market studies and present trend analysis.Collaborate with senior managers to identify and manage key performance and risk indicators.Foster a collaborative environment across end-to-end business functions.Translate proposals into ready-to-sign agreements/contracts.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a recognized university.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Arabic.Driving license is mandatory.Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to senior management.Able to manage time-critical demands with tight deadlines and work under pressure.Self-motivated to bring business proposals and close deals.Note: The sections mentioning \"Outsourcing Executive,\" \"Collections Executive,\" and \"IT Administrator\" appear to be incomplete or misplaced and should be clarified or removed if not relevant.#J-18808-Ljbffr
