Role SummaryAt GluCare. Health, we are redefining healthcare through innovation in diabetes and metabolic health.We are seeking a high-impact Business Development & Corporate Health Programs Executive to operate at the intersection of business growth, clinical operations, and patient conversion.This is a hands‑on, execution‑driven role, not a traditional desk‑based position.You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of corporate metabolic health screenings and be directly accountable for converting participants into booked and attended clinic consultations.You will act as the critical bridge between employers, internal clinical teams, and patients, ensuring flawless execution while driving measurable revenue growth.Corporate Screenings & Operations – End-to-End ExecutionOwn the coordination and onsite delivery of assigned corporate screenings.Act as the primary lead managing registration, participant flow, and internal systems during events.Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and marketing teams to ensure logistical readiness.Serve as the primary point of contact for employers onsite, ensuring a premium partner experience.Patient Conversion & CRM ManagementProactively follow up with participants via calls, WhatsApp, and email to book clinic consultations.Support the sales team in converting qualified leads to direct in‑clinic bookings.Educate participants on GluCare services and guide them through their metabolic health journey.Own accurate lead creation and maintain 100% CRM data accuracy.Deliver weekly insights on conversion performance and revenue contribution.Business Development & PartnershipsGenerate qualified corporate leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking; manage the pipeline from prospecting to meeting booking and follow‑ups.Identify, qualify, and close corporate screening opportunities through structured outreach and consultative selling.Build and nurture partnerships with corporate HR teams, insurance providers, and wellness platforms to generate long‑term business opportunities.Develop and maintain a corporate insurance and employer matrix to enable targeted outreach and improve conversion rates.Represent GluCare at industry events and HR forums to drive visibility, relationship building, and new business opportunities.KPIs & Success MetricsSuccessful delivery of screenings with zero operational gaps.Achieve a minimum 25% screening‑to‑clinic conversion rate.Monthly clinic revenue influenced through secured appointments.Maintain 100% lead capture and CRM data integrity.Experience & Qualifications3–5 years in healthcare operations, clinical coordination, or corporate wellness.UAE experience mandatory; familiarity with local corporate health landscapes preferred.Comfortable working toward appointment targets and revenue‑based KPIs.Highly organized with experience managing onsite medical operations or large‑scale events.Confident speaking with patients; ability to balance empathy with a sales‑driven approach.Valid UAE driving license and comfortable with regular travel across Dubai.Nice to HaveArabic language skills.Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
