This position is specifically designed for African professionals looking to develop and grow their business skills in a new environment.As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing individual and group coaching sessions to our clients, helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals, and develop effective strategies for success.You will also be responsible for conducting training workshops and seminars on various business topics such as leadership, communication, marketing, and finance.We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering others and has a strong understanding of the African business landscape.As this position does not require English proficiency, fluency in any other language commonly spoken in Africa is preferred.Previous experience as a business coach is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees.
