As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and teams in order to help them improve their business performance.ResponsibilitiesConduct coaching sessions with clients to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvementDevelop personalized action plans for clients based on their needsProvide guidance on business strategies, marketing techniques, and financial managementMonitor progress of clients and offer ongoing support and feedbackCollaborate with other coaches and professionals to develop new coaching strategies and techniquesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience as a Business Coach or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of business principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBiometric passport required (for non-nationals)This is a full time position with competitive salary and benefits.
