Our firm blends regional understanding with global standards to deliver measurable results.Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Business Architect to support our clients in defining business strategy and aligning business and technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, bringing clarity to complex challenges and supporting end-to-end transformation efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain business architecture frameworks and blueprints across sectors, with a focus on transport and infrastructureDesign target operating models, value streams, and capability maps aligned with strategic goalsFacilitate strategic planning workshops with C-level stakeholders and provide advisory support during transformation journeysConduct gap analyses, maturity assessments, and impact analyses across business unitsAlign business and digital strategy, ensuring coherence between operating models and enabling technologyDocument business processes and identify areas for optimisation and innovationContribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and client pitches as part of business developmentRequired Experience and Skills4+ years of experience in business architecture or enterprise architectureDemonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes, preferably with C-suite exposureDeep understanding of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworksStrong analytical and modelling skills – value streams, capabilitiesProven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across private and public sectorsExcellent communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in transport, logistics, aviation, or mobility sectorsBased in Dubai or willing to relocateTOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)#J-18808-Ljbffr
