That’s why we’re looking for reliable, determined individuals to support customers, educate them on supply and demand, and assist with future renewals. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in the energy industry, suited to motivated professionals who consistently hit targets, have a passion for securing new business, build strong client relationships, and apply strategic discipline to grow their portfolios through proactive customer engagement.What you’ll doAs a Business Account Manager, you’ll engage various activities such as:Cold calling potential clients and explaining the benefits of using NGP’s services and solutions – we want someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. This is a B2B role (Business to Business)Question their current procurement strategy. Determine the customer’s current purchasing strategy and find ways to improve it.Tender preparations and supplier negotiations. Once you’ve generated the lead, you will work effectively with your closer who will be required to prepare tenders to our panel of 87 international energy suppliers and negotiate the best procurement contract for your clients.Manage client relationships. Once you have started to build your client portfolio, you will act as their single point of contact – managing their accounts and monitoring your pipeline for renewal or further business opportunities.You must comply with all policies & procedures.You will receive a thorough onboarding process, where we will give you full industry and sales training – everything you need to onboard your first client. After this, you’ll be equipped to develop and manage your own client portfolio, enjoying a great deal of independence in organising your time and work schedule.Who you areYou have proven sales experienceYou have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills – professional and articulateYou can work under pressure when needed and achieve sales targetsYou are able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environmentYou possess a driven character, enthusiastic and passionateYou are self-motivated, with a drive and passion for successExperience in UK or European sales markets is highly desirableWhy join Northern Gas and Power? Compensation PackageWe offer a monthly package up to 16,000 AED (negotiable depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission, which includes base salary and comprehensive medical insurance.
