This is a remote, full-time contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client‑relationship management and market development within the region.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity (e.g., Lotte Fine Chemical, Ashland Cellulose Ether) to remain competitive and proactive in the market.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.</li><li>Proven success managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Brazilian market.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.</li><li>Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally, as needed.</li></ul><h3>Compensation and Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive contract-based compensation structure.</li><li>Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave eligibility.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
