DescriptionRole: Branch ManagerLocation: Dubai RegionRole PurposeManaging the branch and the reporting regional branches to maximize new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships while providing quality in service delivery in an efficient operation that comply with Islamic Sharia requirements where risks are well controlled.Key Accountabilities of the roleThese are the main responsibilities of this roleRESPONSIBILITIESGeneration of new business via out marketing calls and in-branch contacts through Open door policy in meeting customers.Setting and monitoring sales plans for HPB HCF PBRs CFRs and other sales staff as per forecast.Coaching of all sales staff to increase sales productivity and cross selling.Referral of prospective business to other functional units and or authoritiesEnhancement of ADIBs image and reputation.Management of service deliveryMonitor branch service standards for customer satisfactionCustomer retention efforts with personal involvement in complaint resolution account closures and inquiries.Getting ad-hoc customer feedbackOperations and supportControl and supervision of operations work processes for compliance with ADIBs Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures thus maintaining an acceptable both internal and external audit ratingFacilitating and implementing work process improvementsApprovals/recommendations of credit applicationsTake over HOPs responsibility during vacation of HOP.Proactive mentoring and management of all branch staffBranch Team Maintain staff morale and relationshipObserve coach /train and counsel staff towards expected behaviors.Identify training developments needs for staff and ensure that these are met as per schedules.Appraise staff individual scorecard deliverables against scorecard targets.Management of Branches in a specific region allocated for management for profitability and good governanceSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this roleDetailed knowledge of ADIBs Retail Banking products & servicesBroad knowledge of ADIBs Retail Credit & Operational Policies & ProceduresSpecific Knowledge of UAE banking practices regulations & risksThorough Knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAEGeneral awareness of competitors in the local marketDetailed knowledge of service standardsTraining & Presentation skillsSales & Marketing skillsManagement Information skillsComputer SkillsPrevious experience required (if any)Minimum three (3) years experience as a Branch Manager in the U.A.E in a banking environment.Required ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
