BMS Specialist

<div><h3>The Job Description</h3><ol><li>System Programming: Develop and configure control logic for HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Chillers, and Chiller Plant Managers (CPM).</li><li>Testing&Commissioning (T&C): Lead T&C activities for BMS and ELV systems, ensuring sequence of operations (SOO) compliance and successful handover.</li><li>Graphics&UI: Design and configure user interfaces (UI) and system graphics for BMS workstations using vendor‑specific software (e.g., Trane Tracer, Niagara N4, Metasys).</li><li>Integration: Execute third‑party integrations using standard protocols (BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus, LON, KNX) and wireless interfaces (Zigbee/Air‑Fi).</li><li>Review and prepare technical submittals, including network architecture diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations.</li><li>Select and specify field devices, sensors, and controllers based on project specifications.</li><li>Conduct site surveys and generate technical reports to support pre‑sales and estimation teams.</li><li>Coordinate directly with consultants, main contractors, and MEP teams to resolve site issues and obtain approvals.</li><li>Manage project documentation, including Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Method Statements, and Operation&Maintenance (O&M) manuals.</li><li>Oversee sub‑contractors and site teams during installation, cabling, and termination phases to ensure quality control.</li></ol><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in BMS Controls, specifically within the GCC/Saudi Arabia market.</li><li>Proficiency in at least two of the following platforms is highly preferred:</li><li>Tracer TU, Tracer SC, Tracer Evo.</li><li>Johnson Controls: Metasys, CCT, SCT.</li><li>Honeywell: Niagara N4 Framework (Hawk/Eagle controllers).</li><li>Protocols: knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and LONworks protocols.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for VFDs (Danfoss/Schneider), DDC panels, and field devices.</li><li>Ability to work independently on‑site and manage multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Valid Driving License (KSA/GCC preferred).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
